My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view of the slopes, provided you get the right room. The service was top-notch, with staff members who would come and straighten the cushions every little while, showing that nothing was too much trouble for them. The location was superb, just a 2-minute walk to Saanen town and the Golden Rail Pass for convenient transportation to Montreux, Interlaken, or Lucerne.
